"A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit against New Hampshire filed by the U.S. Department of Justice that sought access to the state's full voter registration database. In his 26-page ruling released Monday, Judge Joseph Laplante determined that New Hampshire's voter registration database was not a record that the state could be compelled to turn over and that the DOJ's request was invalid."
