6 years later, legal fight over Wisconsin’s ‘lame-duck’ laws could be headed to Supreme Court

It's been six years since Wisconsin Republicans passed laws restricting Gov. Tony Evers' and Attorney General Josh Kauls' powers. Now, Wisconsin's Supreme Court and its liberal majority are being asked if parts of those laws are constitutional.
