Moderated by SDRI Faculty Co-Director Miriam Seifter, Professors Barry Burden (UW-Madison Political Science), Michael Kang (Northwestern Pritzker School of Law), and Quinn Yeargain (MSU College of Law) discussed the impact, funding, and legal context of state supreme court races.
