Election Matters 2022: Campaign Finance and Election Misinformation

09.13.22 3:30-4:30 PM CDT

When it comes to the health of U.S. electoral politics, money and misinformation are prominent concerns.  Campaign spending continues to set records, and false or misleading election-related content continues to proliferate on social media and elsewhere. On September 13th, 2022 the Elections Research Center at UW-Madison and the State Democracy Research Initiative hosted our next installment of the Election Matters 2022 series, focused on both campaign finance and the state of our political discourse, including potential regulatory and nonregulatory solutions. This event was sponsored by Stafford Rosenbaum LLP.
