On November 14th the State Democracy Research Initiative hosted Professor Josh Douglas to discuss his recent book “The Court v. The Voters: The Troubling Story of How the Supreme Court Has Undermined Voting Rights.” This discussion, moderated by Professor Rob Yablon, highlighted the unique role the highest court has played in producing a broken electoral system.
