The State Democracy Research Initiative is excited to present a new discussion series, Election Matters 2022, co-hosted with the Elections Research Center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and sponsored by Stafford Rosenbaum LLP.

The series kicked off on April 29th. In the wake of the 2020 election and the pandemic, controversies involving election administration have loomed large. Professor Rebecca Green (William & Mary Law School), Kevin Kosar (American Enterprise Institute), and Tammy Patrick (Democracy Fund) discussed issues that have loomed large in the wake of the 2020 election and the pandemic, including absentee ballots, drop boxes, voter signature requirements, and more.
