This panel will highlight the important roles that local governments play in their communities by offering perspectives from several elected mayors. Our panelists will discuss the unique structures of their local governments as well as their interactions with state-level policymakers. Panelists will include Oklahoma City Mayor David Holt, Fitchburg Mayor Julia Arata-Fratta, and other mayors from Wisconsin and across the country.
